Why You’ll Love This Lucky Charms Matcha Latte
- Made with Beck’s Broth Protein Matcha for a nourishing boost.
- Sweet, creamy, and festive for St. Paddy’s Day.
- Uses homemade Lucky Charms cereal milk for nostalgic flavour.
- Topped with marshmallow cold foam and Lucky Charms marshmallows.
- Fun, whimsical, and easy to make at home.
Directions
- Make the cereal milk: Add the Lucky Charms cereal pieces and milk to a bowl or jar. Let soak in the fridge for a few hours or overnight, then strain before using.
- Prepare the matcha: Whisk or froth 1/2 sachet of Beck’s Broth Protein Matcha with 4 oz of water. Using less water keeps the matcha concentrated so the latte stays creamy and flavourful.
- Make the marshmallow cold foam: Add marshmallow fluff, heavy cream, and whole milk to a cup or blender. Froth or blend until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Line the glass: Add a little marshmallow fluff around the inside of your glass.
- Assemble the latte: Fill the glass with ice, then pour in half of the cereal milk. Add the prepared matcha, then top with marshmallow cold foam.
- Finish: Sprinkle Lucky Charms marshmallow pieces on top and enjoy.
Notes:
- The remaining cereal milk, matcha, and cold foam can be used to make a second drink.
- For a stronger matcha flavour, use a little less cereal milk or add more matcha.
- Do not overmix the cold foam, or it may become too thick.
- Use only the cereal pieces for the cereal milk and save the marshmallows for topping.
- This recipe is perfect for St. Paddy’s Day, but honestly, she's cute year-round.
