Brownie Pudding with Beck’s Broth Protein Hot Chocolate 🍫✨

Decadent, fudgy, and straight up dessert goals, this Brownie Pudding is our Beck’s Broth twist on the viral Ina Garten recipe. It bakes up with rich brownie edges and a soft, pudding-like centre that feels warm, cozy, and wildly indulgent. The best part is we mix in Beck’s Broth Protein Hot Chocolate for a little boost of nourishment, so you get that deep chocolate flavour with extra protein in every spoonful.

Why You’ll Love This Beck’s Broth Brownie Pudding

  • Deep, rich chocolate flavour with a fudgy, pudding-like centre.
  • Made with Beck’s Broth Protein Hot Chocolate for a nourishing protein boost.
  • Perfect for dinner parties, holidays, or a cozy night in dessert.
  • The water bath makes it extra tender and melt-in-your-mouth.
  • Delicious warm and gooey or chilled the next day.

Directions

  1. Prep the oven and butter: Preheat oven to 325°F. Butter your baking dish well.
  2. Melt the butter: Melt the 1/2 lb butter and set aside to cool slightly.
  3. Whip eggs + sugar: Beat eggs and sugar on medium-high speed for 5 to 10 minutes until thick, pale yellow, and glossy.
  4. Mix dry ingredients: Sift together cocoa powder and flour, then stir in 2 sachets Beck’s Broth Protein Hot Chocolate.
  5. Combine: Reduce mixer speed to low. Add vanilla and optional amaretto or liqueur, then add the cocoa flour mixture. Slowly pour in the melted butter and mix just until combined.
  6. Set up the water bath: Pour brownie pudding batter into the buttered dish. Place it inside a larger baking dish. Carefully add hot water to the outer dish until it reaches halfway up the sides of the brownie pudding dish.
  7. Bake: Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
  8. Cool: Remove from the water bath and let cool before serving.

Notes:

  • If you like it extra ooey-gooey, eat it warm. If you are a next-day kinda gal, chill it and enjoy firm edges with a soft centre.
  • Pour the hot water in after the pans are already on the oven rack if you want an easier, less splashy setup.
  • Serve it with vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, or fresh berries for the ultimate brownie pudding moment.
