1. Sponsor
The Becks Broth Free Broth for a Year Giveaway (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Becks Broth (the “Sponsor”).

2. Contest Period
The Contest begins on November 2, 2026, and ends on November 13, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (ET). Entries submitted after the Contest closes will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility
The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada and the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees of the Sponsor and members of their immediate households are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete and submit the official giveaway entry form on the Becks Broth website during the Contest Period.
Participants must provide a valid email address and mobile phone number and provide the required consent to receive marketing and promotional communications from Becks Broth by both email and SMS text message.
Limit of one (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries will not be accepted. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive twelve (12) five-packs of Becks Broth, with an approximate total retail value of $599.88 CAD, based on a retail price of $49.99 CAD per five-pack.
The prize will be delivered in two separate shipments:

All flavour selections are subject to product availability. The Sponsor will coordinate flavour selections and delivery arrangements directly with the winner.
The prize is non-transferable, has no cash alternative, and must be accepted as awarded. Any substitutions required due to product availability will be communicated to the winner.

6. Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
The selected entrant will be notified by email using the email address provided on the giveaway entry form. The selected entrant must respond to the notification and may be required to provide information necessary to verify eligibility and arrange prize delivery.
Before being declared the winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without assistance, where required by applicable law.
If the selected entrant cannot be contacted, does not respond, or does not satisfy the eligibility requirements, the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner at random.

7. Prize Fulfilment
The winner must provide valid delivery information and submit their flavour selections within the timeframe communicated by the Sponsor.
Both shipments will be coordinated directly with the winner. Delivery is subject to shipping availability and applicable restrictions in the winner's location. Any relevant delivery limitations will be communicated before shipment is arranged.

8. Marketing Communications and Consent
Participants must provide the required consent to receive marketing and promotional communications from Becks Broth by email and SMS text message as part of the entry process.
Marketing communications will be sent in accordance with applicable laws. Participants will be informed of how to withdraw their consent. Email recipients may unsubscribe using the unsubscribe mechanism provided in marketing emails. SMS recipients may reply STOP to unsubscribe from text marketing messages, where supported.
Withdrawal of marketing consent will not affect the validity of an otherwise eligible entry already submitted or a winner's entitlement to an awarded prize, subject to applicable law.

9. Privacy
Personal information collected through the entry form will be used to administer the Contest, verify eligibility, contact the winner, arrange prize delivery, and manage marketing communications in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the Sponsor's privacy policy.

10. General Conditions
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries that are fraudulent, incomplete, or submitted in violation of these rules.
The Sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel the Contest where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, subject to applicable law.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, lost or incomplete entries, or other issues that may affect participation in the Contest.

12. Platform Disclaimer
This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or any other social media platform, where applicable.

13. Governing Law
The Contest is subject to applicable Canadian and United States federal, state, provincial, and local laws, as applicable.
By entering the Contest, participants acknowledge that they have read and agree to these Official Rules.
